Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story end unit condo (building 14, unit #76) is located in a prime spot in the center of the property, away from parking lots and roads. It is quiet, tranquil and has a beautiful view of the ocean from both the upstairs great room (living room, dining room, kitchen, and lanai) and downstairs master bedroom and lanai. It is comfortably suitable for 4-6 people.

Recently remodeled with an open floor plan upstairs, giving ocean views from the kitchen to the lanai, the unit has granite counters and custom cabinets in the kitchen, and new appliances. You can stand at the kitchen counter and watch the surf and the beautiful sky at sunset. There is all new furniture in the great room upstairs, which includes a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The upstairs lanai has a table and chairs and chaise lounge for outside dining and enjoying the view. High ceilings, ceiling fans, louvered windows and sliding door on 3 sides gives the condo a spacious feeling, and the ability to capture the tradewinds.

There is free WIFI internet that allows internet access from both upstairs and downstairs, or even on the lanais. There is a television and entertainment center in the living room with a CD player, DVD and Ipod docking station.

Both the bedrooms are downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and loads of drawers and closet space. There is a sliding door to the lanai with tables, chairs and chaise lounges to sit or lounge outside, feed the birds, enjoy the beautiful gardens and watch the surf. The newly remodeled master bathroom has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and a large tiled shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king size The second bathroom also has custom cabinets, granite counters and a tiled shower.

We have provided boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a cooler for use of our guests. We also have baby gates, booster highchair and toys and games for children of all ages.

The beach is a short 1-2 minute walk through the garden and lawn area. Chairs and towels are complimentary at the Beach Hut, located adjacent to the beach.

We have an onsite agent, Castle Resorts. There is a check-in desk and maintenance, housekeeping and security staff to take care of your needs 24 hours a day.
